Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Now Developer to provide technical support activities for a software production processing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Installing, maintaining and supporting application/source code and third-party software
• Detecting, diagnosing, and reporting problems related to software failures
• Providing technical assistance to the programming staff in analyzing and improving application software
• Creating and maintaining complete documentation of the application software
• Assisting internal users with software capabilities and use
• Solving incidents, problems, or known errors using diagnostic tools

Requirements:
• 7 to 12 years of experience in MS Dynamic CRM Developer
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting
• Experience with integrations with third party tools
• Experience with Service Catalog creation and maintenance, as well as workflows
• Strong troubleshooting skills for ServiceNow issues related to CMDB
• Work experience in development of Service Portal
• Knowledge of ITSM process
• Working knowledge with CSM, HR, and other modules within ServiceNow is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift timing

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
• Understanding of the business goals and operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Experience with North52
