Designation-: Subject Matter Expert / Academic Content Writer

Experience- 0-1 year

Type-: WFH/O

Salary- As per industry standard + incentives

Expert Required for Subject - Math, Physics, Chemistry, Accounts, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mechanical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Development: Create high-quality educational content, including textbooks, workbooks, lesson plans, and digital resources.
• Curriculum Alignment: Ensure that the content aligns with educational standards, learning objectives, and pedagogical best practices. Modify and adapt existing materials as necessary to meet specific curriculum requirements.
• Writing and Editing: Produce clear, concise, and well-structured written content that is accessible and engaging. Edit and proofread materials for grammar, spelling, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.
• Research and Content Enhancement: Conduct thorough research on educational topics, learning theories, and emerging trends in the field of education.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guides and formatting standards in all educational materials.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with educational technology tools, digital learning platforms, and industry trends in the EdTech sector.

Required Skills:
• Preferred experience as an author, content developer or instructional designer in the education field.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective educational content.
• Sound understanding of pedagogical principles, instructional design models, and educational standards.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools, digital learning platforms, and multimedia integration.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.
• Attention to detail, with excellent editing, proofreading, and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mind-set, with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong research skills to gather and analyze educational information from credible sources.
