What you willdo
• DatabaseDesign and Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, andefficient database solutions on the Azureplatform;
• DataModeling: Create and maintain data models that meet businessrequirements, ensuring data consistency andintegrity;
• SQLDevelopment: Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, andtriggers to support application development and datareporting;
• PerformanceOptimization: Identify and resolve database performancebottlenecks, optimizing queries and indexes for improvedefficiency;
• AzureIntegration: Leverage Azure data services, such as Azure SQLDatabase, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Cosmos DB, to build andmaintain databasesolutions;
• Securityand Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, accesscontrols, and data encryption to protect sensitivedata;
• Backupand Recovery: Develop and manage database backup and recoverystrategies to ensure data availability and minimizedowntime;
• Monitoringand Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor database health, diagnoseand resolve issues, and perform routine maintenancetasks;
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of database schemas,configurations, andprocesses;
• Collaboration:Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, and otherstakeholders to understand their data needs and provide databasesupport.

Musthaves
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience);
• Provenexperience as a Database Developer, with a focus on Azure-basedsolutions;
• Proficiencyin SQL programming and database designprinciples;
• Strongunderstanding of Azure cloud services, including Azure SQLDatabase, Azure Data Factory, and Azure CosmosDB;
• Experiencewith database performance tuning, optimization, andtroubleshooting;
• Knowledgeof data security best practices and compliancestandards;
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in ateamenvironment;
• Effectivecommunication skills, with the ability to explain technicalconcepts to non-technicalstakeholders.
