Requirement:

Night Shift folks only!!

Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative, Cold Calling Expert, Call center Sales Representative and BPO background.
Proficiency in English
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Strong Customer/Client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Having experience in US Logistics will be a plus
Fresher, Intern can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
