About the role:
We are the leading company in our industry. We are hiring an experienced Business Development Associate to help us to keep growing. The role being offered is Business Development Associate. As a BDA your role will start with contacting potential customers, setting up meetings, and explain them the company's products and converting them into sales. The role will involve field sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
• Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
• Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
• Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Skills Required:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
• Skills with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
