Outline India is a research and M&E firm focusing on data collection and geared toward evidence-based decision-making. We are committed to strengthening the design of programs and interventions by conducting needs assessments, formative research, and monitoring and evaluation studies. In the last 10 years, we have worked on over 150+ evaluations in 2+ states and union territories, over 50,000+ villages, representing million+ stakeholders across India and abroad. We have recently commenced operations in certain parts of South Asia.

Responsibilities

Looking for a video content creator. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience. They will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and bring them to life through filming and editing.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a video content creator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Video Duration will be 3-4 minutes, for more information one can check our YouTube channel
• The video content creator should have their own types of equipment
• You are required to come to the office 5 times a month

Video Content Creator works closely with communications and marketing teams to develop, plan the shoot, edit, and distribute video via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, mobile applications, and/or internal or external audiences. They also work in post-production and ensure videos meet brand standards/guidelines before “launch” or being published.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
