Hiring For Customer Service Executive

(International Voice Process)

REQUIREMENT:
• Need Undergraduate with One year Exp and Graduate Freshers Can Apply
• Graduate fresher and experience both will be considered
• 6 months of experience will add advantage.
• Must be ok with Work from office.
• Must have Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be ok with the rotational shift timings.

Salary Structure - 24 CTC for experience

Up to 22 CTC for fresher + Incentives

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Answer inbound calls professionally .
• Provide information about products and services.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Keep records of customer Interactions.
• Providing the best resolution to the desired customers
