Data Analyst | Perm Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help our transformation into a truly data-driven company. You will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive insights that enable our teams to gain a holistic understanding of how our products and services connect with each other, and with our customers.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in reporting and dashboarding, business intelligence, and data solutions. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, results-oriented, and eager to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
• Assess and improve our data pipelines, data quality, data transformation and data visualization
• Generate transformational and easy-to-understand visualizations that provide deep and actionable business insights
• Ensure adoption of dashboards and visualizations by seeking constant feedback from users and by making continuous improvements
• Communicate actionable insights to leaders in a digestible format. Follow up, seek feedback on the usability of insights and make improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders from Tech, Product and Ops teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics, projects & new data initiatives
• Work closely with our GTM and Finance teams to support their business objectives through analysis
• Understand the key drivers and metrics underpinning Adit’s products and business lines and help draw insights and recommendations that will help the company grow and scale effectively
• Conduct deep dive analysis with complex SQL queries and translate requirements into effective & innovative data visualizations and solutions in Zoho Analytics

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in a Business Intelligence / Analytics environment.
• Strong data modeling proficiency and robust SQL skills
• Experience of working with large and complex data sets
• Experience harnessing data from multiple sources and making it usable and accessible for non-technical users
