Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities (Account Junior Exec) Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Responsibilities (Account Junior Exec) Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Assist in monthly & quarterly management report
• Perform monthly costing reports
• Ensure inventory accuracy through costing system
• Perform & analyze cost variance analysis report
• Assist with budget preparation & monitor the actual progress
• Review and update Costing standards (if necessary)
• Participate in year end audits
• Prepare monthly financial results for management review
• Take lead in annual stock take activities
• Undertake any tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:
• BSc degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Numeric sensitivty
• Able to follow deadline for report submission
• Ability to work under pressure
