Responsibilities:
• Upon demonstrating an understanding of the requirements of the business the candidate will be encouraged to identify high-performance sales talent and build his/her team to ensure continued growth
• Prospecting new business and potential partners
• Develop, engage and retain talented people by creating a work environment where people can realise their potential
• Analyze and communicate results and trends of sales based marketing research
• Assist in budget preparation, management and forecasting
• Other responsibilities as defined by senior leadership

Requirements and skills
• Experience as a Manager Sales or similar role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Excellent communication skills
• Mastersin Business Administration or relevant field
• 5+ years in a Sales manager role, leading sales efforts of complex projects and/or large product sales
