Housekeeping Supervisor

Job briefWe are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of peons, office boys and ensure the excellent service.Responsibilities To organize, train and motivate team members and checking the areas for tidiness.
• To ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly as per deadline
• Train facility team on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Check the staff uniform and their appearance
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to employees complaints and requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Requirements and skills
• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma is preferred
