Job Role:
1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
2. 12+ months related experience in a technical support Experience in BPO
3. Working knowledge of incident management systems (developed in training)
4. Supporting the configuration, operation and troubleshooting of basic email, web hosting and VPS issues
5. Able to configure and troubleshoot computer and networking issues , Understanding of terminology and concepts, including bu Job Description: Support multiple cloud service products and will need to maintain professional multilingual correspondence with clients and keep upto- date with new product offerings.. The primary tasks of this team consist of verifying caller identity, creating cases in the incident management system, and resolving technical issues.
