About the Role: Candidate must have field work experience and excellent communication skills and need to ensure productivity as per organisation’s goal and will report to sales manager, Candidate must be disciplined and have ability to convenience the Students . Candidates must be well groomed and must be presentable.

Responsibilities:

• Own and hit/exceed monthly activation targets Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Monitoring and working on various performance metrics with focus on productivity improvement.Qualifications :

Proven experience of leading customer success/activation teams EDTECH/Telesales / Call Center background would be an added advantage.

Working Days : 6 days working including Saturday and Sunday Candidate requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
