They work closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support:Assist sales representatives in preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Order Processing:Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordination:Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and product demonstrations between sales representatives and clients. Documentation:Prepare and maintain sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant documentation. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Administrative Tasks:Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and phone support for the sales team. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the software industry. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments. • Familiarity with software products and technologies is a plus.
