Job Description
We are looking for backend software engineers with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Design and Development of highly scalable multi-threaded high-performance large-scale distributed systems with a focus on low latency, real-time, security, load, and performance, especially in the capital market (stock trading) space. If you are a self-driven, quick-starter individual who has demonstrated an engineering mind and ownership mindset, passionate about tackling hard problems in technology; then we wish to talk to you. You'll be a part of a growing team; you will work in small, multi-disciplinary, fast-moving teams that co-build products, services, and experiences. You will play a critical role in innovating and building solutions from scratch, iterating quickly, and getting them client/market-ready.
Responsibilities
• Own a project from concept to production, including initial concept, discussion, and execution.
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements
• Develop Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, business stakeholders, and system administrators
Requirements
• Technologies: Net / Node.js, Python, Go, Lang, AWS, Microservices architecture, caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached
• 2 to 4 years of experience with deep technical knowledge and hands-on skills. Net / Node.js, Python, and other programming languages like Go Lang, and Rust.
• Hands-on experience on AWS. AWS Solution Architect Associate / Professional certification is preferred.
• Designed and developed highly scalable multi-threaded large-scale distributed systems, especially in capital market stock trading space where high performance under a large volume of traffic matters
• Has worked extensively on caching technologies such as Redis, and Memcached.
• Usage of containers, virtual machine systems, cloud computing. Well-versed with on-prem, hybrid, and cloud production-level deployments
• With a mindset of continuous innovation, and expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, OOP, algorithms, and software design.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end architectures and development frameworks; knowledge across tiers in a multi-tier cloud environment including load balancers, web servers, application containers, data stores, and distributed cache.
