Qualification: Any Graduate /Post Graduate
Experience: 10 + years.

Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in Sales of villas, residential units and plots in Agra.
Proven sales experience in Low Rise Residential/ Townships Projects in Agra
Target oriented and self-motivated.
Able to give presentations to the client, Site visit with client, explain the project.
Generate and manage new dealers list
Managing customer database and generating new clients leads.
Should be adept in sales and marketing strategies and execution.
Shall be capable of understanding and using all different kind of lead generation and conversion strategies.
Long association with real estate developers.
Should be presentable and have great communication skills.
Should possess good leadership skills to make and handle a team of sales executives.
Should be convincing and persuasive.

Well known with Agra Real Estate market for Sales and Development of the project.
