Senior Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Sr Retail Sales Executive at JUSTDOGS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for pet parents and their beloved pets. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including customer service, visual merchandising, spa bookings, home deliveries, and online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on pet care products.
• Build strong relationships with pet parents and their pets to enhance the shopping experience.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to design and maintain visually appealing store displays.
• Ensure products are well-organized and shelves are stocked.
• Create seasonal and thematic displays to attract customers.

Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering products to maintain stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Spa Bookings:
• Manage spa service bookings, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with groomers.
• Ensure a clean and comfortable spa environment for pets.

Home Deliveries and Online Orders:
• Coordinate home deliveries of pet products and services.
• Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Qualifications:
• Previous retail management or assistant management experience preferred.
• A genuine love for pets and an understanding of their care needs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills for processing online orders and reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
