The role
R&D Occupational Psychologist - Online Psychometrics: You will be part of Central Test’s Research and Development department which is composed of a team of occupational psychologists, psychometricians, data scientists and researchers, contributing to the creation and statistical validation of psychometric assessments and HR tools.
What will your tasks and responsibilities be?
Research and Development responsibilities:
• Assisting in the development of our HR Tools (360 feedback & Interview tool, etc.).
• Assisting in the development and validation of our psychometric assessments
• Proofreading and content creation for our tools
• R&D product quality checking
• Implementation of our tools
Training and Consulting responsibilities:
• Assisting with HR Consulting for our clients, by advising, training and assisting them on the usage of psychometrics within organisational processes.
• Assisting with client requests or queries (such as personalisation or digitalisation of assessments) by contributing to, and helping to ensure that tasks are carried out effectively and on time, as per requirements.
Qualifications and skills required
• A degree in Psychology or Social Science or a related subject matter
• Experience in or knowledge of this field (psychometrics, HR)
• Strong organisation, communication and presentation (writing) skills
• Fluency in English; fluency in other language(s) is a bonus.
