Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: [State Capital/Major industrial towns]

Reports to: Sales Head

Job Summary: As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers and generate leads for business

Sales Presentation:
• Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.

Sales Target Achievement:
• Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.

Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.

Collaboration:
• Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.

Overdue management
• Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.

Compensation:
• 25-50 K plus Incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
