Housekeeping Manager

Proven up to 2+ years working experience as Housekeeping Manager for at least 200+ beds multispecialty NABH Hospital.
• Diploma in Hospital Housekeeping or similar preferable.
• Salary:- Negotiable as per the experience

Full Job Description:-
• To supervise activities of House Keeping Supervisors.
• To make duty roster and attendance and leave record of the staff.
• To maintain overall cleanliness of the entire hospital including painting, carpentry work, laundry service mgt. etc.
• Oversee all duties performed by HK staff. Assigning tasks identifying and reporting cases of tardiness and monitoring cleaning supplies. Scheduling shifts and organizing replacements. Providing training NABH Standards, Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Hygienic and clean environment is maintained in the hospital. Need to take care of waste management, infection control, pest control etc.
• Team Management, Computer skills. Ability to manage personnel .

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
