Company Work: Company is a +25 Silver Jewellery E-commerce Brand that sells silver jewellery online on its own website and other marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, Ajio, etc.

TOTAL EXP: 4YEARS +

SALARY: 28000-35000

Office TIming:10:00-7:00[Monday to Saturday][Sunday Fixed off]

Job Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce portal management: Handling multiple e-commerce portals, including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Alio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Shopclues, Amazon.com, Etsy, and more

2. Make a strategy to increase sales and grow the brand

3. Listing and cataloging on all portals and own website

4. Marketing and brand promotion ads on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Alio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Amazon.com, Etsy, and more

5. Manage item creation, pricing, cataloging, A+ Listing, etc

6. Order Processing of website and all portals

7. Manage Inventory In and Out and Reconciliation

8. Order management: Overseeing the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

+. Return management: Handling customer returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a seamless experience.

10. Implementing and managing online advertising campaigns, optimizing them for maximum reach and conversions.

11. Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly sales Target planning achieve and reporting

12. Payments and reconciliation: Monitoring and reconciling payments received from different platforms, ensuring acy and resolving any discrepancies.

13. Claims management Handling customer claims, disputes, and chargebacks, working towards a resolution and minimizing financial impact, Team leading: Leading and guiding a team of e-commerce professionals, ensuring effective coordination and

14. Own website orders and dispatch Managing orders and dispatch processes for our own website, ensuring timely shipment and customer satisfaction.

15. Mis Reporting like Take home sheet,price calculation, sales report,marketing report,etc.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF

1. Advance Excel[V-Look Up, H-Look Up,Count If,macros,etc]

2. Customer Handling Unicommerce, vinculum

3. Handling multiple e-commerce portals, including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Alio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Shopclues, Amazon.com, Etsy, and more

4. FBA and Flipkart assurance

5. Managing inventory , listing and calatloging

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
