Job Title: Chief General Technician

Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram

Experience Required: 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience and total experience should be more than 10 years.

Required
• 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience and total experience should be more than 10 years. 2. ITI/Diploma.
• No service advisor experience.
• No commercial vehicle experience.
• No rival company experience i.e.Cars24.
• Experience in OEM based companies i.e. Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota,Tata. 7. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
• Can read and understand basic English.

Role

Under the supervision of the Workshop in charge responsible for End-to-end ownership of vehicles refurb cost and quality. Responsible for diagnosis of component level failures in vehicles.

Kra
• Getting the repair work done from Technician/ Sr Technician
• Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles and completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and tire rotations.
• Maintains vehicles functional condition by listening to operator complaints and conducting inspections.
• Repairs mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replaces parts and components.
• Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls, and updating systems.
• Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
• Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
• Compiles vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Contains costs by keeping track of warranties and evaluating service and parts options. 11.Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
