Job Description:

We want to appoint a senior engineer (Manager) who can handle our entire SOUTH business.

Ø Good knowledge on various cutting tools especially for CNC Machines various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.

Ø Good Knowledge in Tool Management system.

Ø Conduct Product Trials / introduction / resolve complaints.

Ø Work with Development team to Prove out the new Tools.

Ø Sound knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.

Ø Sound knowledge in Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.

Ø Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customer by working out a optimum Cost/Component

Ø Good knowledge in trouble shooting & problem solving of various metal cutting problems.

Ø Has to work with PED & NPD Team for new projects to tool up our tools.

Ø Project Tooling Proposals and prove out for the new components and new products.
