Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing cum Social Media Incharge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and enhancing the school's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and drive engagement.
Utilize various online channels such as social media email, and search engines to reach the target audience effectively.

Social Media Management:Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and shareable content to enhance the school's online presence.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Content Creation:Develop creative and compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
Collaborate with the school's academic and administrative teams to showcase achievements, events, and other relevant activities.

Community Engagement:Foster and build an online community by actively engaging with parents, students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for visual design.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
