Financial Services BPO Manager

We are a prominent financial consultancy, managements consultancy and outsourcing firm in India, dedicated to assisting businesses with tax, compliance, and financial strategies for entrepreneurial success.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and legal regulations.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.
• Oversee budgetary control and assist in budget preparation.
• Manage financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate financial procedures and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and implement effective internal controls.
• Analyze and interpret financial data for decision support.
• Provide financial advice on tax planning and investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial databases.
• Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Proficient in Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language should be in English, Malayalam.
