Job Description:

Position: B2B Sales Specialist

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through various channels. - Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.

2. Client Engagement:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT services and

product offerings.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business requirements.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to contract negotiation and

closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handover and client

satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer needs.

- Provide feedback to the team on product/service enhancements based on client

interactions.

5. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our

solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Basic understanding of IT services and products is a plus.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
