Job Title : Support Technician Location: Mumbai Education Qualification: Degree in computer science or information technology Experience: 4-5 years of experience in relevant field. • Experience with Proxmox Virtualization, PfSense firewalls, Yeaster IPBX systems. Roles & Responsibilites • Windows 10/11 Administration:  Proficiently managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.  Ensuring uniform Windows administration practices across all offices. • User Management:  Creating, maintaining, and deactivating user accounts for all locations.  Managing user permissions and access control consistently. • Remote System Management:  Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on systems across all offices.  Providing technical support via remote tools and ensuring timely issue resolution. • Proactive System Monitoring:  Constantly monitoring IT systems in all offices to identify and address potential issues before they impact users and operations.  Implementing preventive measures to ensure system health and minimize disruptions globally. • Customer Service:  Delivering exceptional customer service to users in all offices.  Ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
