Job Description ROLE: Windows Technician, Level 4-5 Start date: Immediately End date: 2026-06-30 OPTION: 2026-12-31 LOCATION: Physical presence at head office in Linköping at least 3-4 days a week is required for the execution of the assignment EXTENT: 100% DESCRIPTION: We need an interim technician to cover an upcoming vacancy. We want to cover up for a broad senior Windows technician as soon as possible UTVÄRDERINGSMODELL: The evaluation evaluates the following: • Fulfillment of the requirement profile • Own drive and responsibility, including personal planning skills • Networking skills, entrepreneurial spirit SKA REQUIREMENTS: 1. Enter the possible set-up time/start-up. 2. Relevant post-secondary education in e.g. IT, systems science and information security. 3. Ability to handle both organizational and technical complex issues. 4. Ability to balance strategic long-term with operational issues. Solid practical experience in IT-related areas: 5. Microsoft Active Directory: o Group handling o User management 6. Group Policy Management 7. Windows Server: o Install o Configure o Manage o Troubleshoot 8. Networking +. Firewalls – understanding openings between networks 10. VMware Virtual Server Management 11. VMware Horizon: o Management of VDI o Management of RDSH o Management of VMware App Volumes 12. Powershell 13. DNS – handling i infoblox 14. MS SQL Requirements for general skills in: 15. Self-leadership – running your own mission 16. Infrastructure Execution Capability 17. Team work Special Note: Maximum Hours per Week: 40 Consultant must be legally eligible to work as a contractor either as a citizen or work permit holder. For Remote Position, consultants must have their own computing device and high speed internet connect at their work space. Consultant must have their own VAT & TAX id to work with us as a contractor, alternatively he/she must be associated with a local umbrella company to work with us as a contractor
