Accounts Executive| Billing

PrintStop is hiring for the role of "Accounts Executive" who will be majorly pass invoice entries in the system. Job Location: Elphinstone Road(Parel/Prabhadevi) Work days: Mon to Sat Job Profile: Booking of Invoices: 1) Book Offline Enterprise Invoices from the Order Forms Received. 2) Generate E-way bills. 3) Generate Challans 4) Maintain the Free Jobs / Marketing Jobs tracker. 5) Book Interbranch Sales & Purchases (Monthly and as and when need arises) 6) Book Retail Sales 7) Book the Online B2SME Sales on a monthly basis 8) Book the Online PRO Sales on a monthly and need basis +) Create New Customer masters as and when need arises in Tally and Retail POS Booking of Receipts: 1) Book Offline Enterprise Receipts and PRO Receipts - cash / check / NEFT on daily basis 2) Book Retail Receipts - paytm / check / cc / cash on daily basis 3) Book the Online Receipts - CCAve / NEFT and complete adjustment once the sales is booked at month end. Sales Reconcilaitions: On a monthly basis 1) Check Offline tracker for accounting receipts received by Payment gateway but billing is Offline 2) Complete PRO Sales Reco 3) Sales Bill Audit for Offline Enterprise Order Billing All documents (Vouchers / Invoices etc) have to be filed appropriately and on timely basis. Education and Skillsets: 1) BCom Graduate 2) 2+ year work experience in Accounts preferable Regards, Lily D Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus Experience: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Speak with the employer • +1 7506+25882
