Technician- Service, India Be part of a global organization and world’s leading provider of water technology solutions and pump systems as a Service Technician! What is the Job all about? The role will You will be directly reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and to be based in Mumbai, India. Your main responsibilities: Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part and re-assemble pumps, pump systems and accessories in a field service and/or shop environment. Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures. Responsible for Complaint Management thru Service App via handheld device/Laptop. Interfaces with team leader and back office to ensure customers’ expectations are met. Provide advice to customers at pump and system/application level. Carry out risk assessment before each job. Conduct pump hydraulic tests, energy checks. Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs. Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns. Write Service / FAS reports. Knows and understands department procedures and goals. Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time. Flexible with working hours in order to meet customers’ expectations, Comply with standard operational and working practices. Your background: Engineering Degree or Diploma, with equivalent work experience of 4-5years Mechincal /Electical & Electronics Worked with customer service experiences Knowledge and Experience on Pumps & Pumping system & conversant with their vast applications What’s in it for you?
