Sales Lead Conversion Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Female Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for call and connect with leads already provided by the Management and convert qualified leads into paying customers. You will also be responsible for setting appointments for our sales team to follow up and make sales.

Work Location: On-site at our office in “Neverowned - 32, Chandan Hulla, Chhatarpur Main Road, New Delhi – 110074”

Responsibilities:
• Connect with leads already provided by the Management. Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Educate leads about the company's products and services
• Gather customer information, identify their needs, and assess their buying potential.
• Build relationships with customers, establish trust and answer their questions.
• Handle customer inquiries, address their concerns, and provide product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to maintain positive relationship and trust with customers.
• Familiarity with electronics products.
• Results-oriented and motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
