About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategy Development:

-Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business objectives.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.

2. Content Creation and Curation:

- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia.

- Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging.

3. Platform Management:

- Manage and oversee the organization's presence on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes and new features.

4. Community Building and Engagement:

- Build and nurture an active and engaged community of followers.

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner.

5. Audience Research:

- Conduct research to understand the target audience and their behaviors on social media.

- Use insights to tailor content and engagement strategies.

6. Social Media Advertising:

- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences.

- Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize ad campaigns.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 10,000 /month + Incentives
