That Happiness Project is an initiative that curates mental health workshops for schools and organizations worldwide. The project aims to foster awareness of psychology's intersections with daily life, alleviate mental health stresses, and promote personal well-being. In addition, That Happiness Project collaborates with Counsellors and therapists on an individualistic level to cover a wider spectrum of society's mental health issues. The project is open to partnerships with Mental Wellness Centers, NGOs, NPOs, and other organizations.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a daily basis.
Duration: 4 months . Unpaid
Qualifications
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR management and policies implementation
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of mental health concerns and issues is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
