Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues, ensuring long-term stability of the systems.Participate in incident management and problem management processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Strong program and project management skills.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles.Experience with incident management and problem management processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
