What would you do?
R2R is a finance and accounting management process that involves collecting, processing and presenting accurate financial data. R2R provides strategic, financial and operational feedback on the performance of the organization to inform management and other stakeholders.You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team's expertise lies is in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.Your role requires following responsibilities --Adaptable and flexible-Ability to perform under pressure.-Problem-solving skills-Presentation skills-Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting

Able to capture, type and search accurate information -Critical/ Analytical Thinking - A process of conceptualizing, applying, analyzing and evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.Additionally, you must possess the following skills--ust have strong R2R domain experience and working knowledge-roven experience of leading operations team-roven experience in managing clients-ood communication skills-xperience running multi-geography operations/teams-5 to 8 year (Level 10) (Existing & New resource)-Experience with interest in record to report/Fixed Assets/Intercompany/ Inventory accounting/ Cash accounting/ GL/ Payroll Accounting/ Treasury/reporting/Taxation-Graduate in CA, B. Com, BBM, Mcom , MBA or relevant field (No Science/IT/Engineering graduates)-This is a Permanent Work from Office Role-Has Rotational Shifts - Night shift during period close
Roles and Responsibilities: Your role requires following responsibilities --Adaptable and flexible-Ability to perform under pressure.-Problem-solving skills-Presentation skills-Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and financial reportingRoles and Responsibilities-In this role, you are expected to prepare / review general period close entries & Adjustments (i.e. inventory, expenses, payroll compensation, accruals, etc) -You are required to manage period close activities successfully and smoothly in coordination with the team, colleagues and clients-Review and disposition of reconciling items arising from account reconciliations-Responsible for preparation and review of variance analysis, flux analysis, foreign exchange analysis and aged receivables and payables etc and financial reporting.-Manage SOX Compliance and control documentation.-Ensuring the process DTPs and SOPs are up-to-date and signed off by client.-You need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems-Your day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture-You are to have regular interaction with clients and/or Accenture management-You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments-You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions-You will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients-Decisions that are made by you will impact your work and may impact the work of others-You are required to have an understand of US GAAP Reporting-You are required ensure adherence /conformance to SLAs by the team
