Customer support |Voice Process

Our Bank is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Inbound Customer Support team at our Whitefields branch in Bangalore. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent service and assistance with their banking inquiries.

Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide information and support on various banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
• Any Bachelor's degree ( Fresher or Experienced anyone can apply)
• Hindi speaking will be a added Advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Prior experience in customer support or banking is a plus but not required.
