Some of the key responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals.

Managing team schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.

Being a Sales Profile, this job involves assisting the BDOs in the allocated area for Client Meetings and bank Meetings like Bank Branch visits to collect fresh data. Scheduling meetings with prospective clients

Identifying and resolving conflicts and obstacles that may impact team performance.

Ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to perform their job effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
