Salary - For Experience: 33k

For Fresher - 30k

Qualification - Graduation

- 5 days working/ Rotational shifts

- Candidates ready to relocate Jaipur if selected

- One way ticket if selected

- 7 days for Accomodation

Customer Support blended process job description:

- Document and track customer interactions in the system.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.

- Offer guidance and assistance in navigating products or services.

- Handle customer complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

- Stay updated on product/service changes and updates.

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company
