Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: US shift (7:00 PM- 4:00 AM)

Location: Ranchi ( On-site)

Responsibilities:
• Filling positions within an organization.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
• Screen incoming resumes.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Mailing Daily reports to team leaders.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be familiar with MS Office.
• Graduates required (Any Field)
• Freshers are welcome.
• Should be speaking English fluently.
