• We are not hiring freshers or experienced in a different field for this profile
• Job Responsibilities and Duties

Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customerexperience.

Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer, fixing casesremotely.

Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printer, smart devices remotelyand over a call.
• Skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computerproblems, analyse them, and solve them.

Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.

Must be Punctual.
