Profile introduction:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our housekeeping team as part of our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional housekeeping setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness while adhering to company standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas.
Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
