Chartered Accountant

Job Overview: As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Result Areas
• Deliver a full range of Advisory services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
• Taxation: Well versed with statutory filings including TDS, Service Tax, GST PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and risk.
• Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, financial performance, and financial ratios.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants.

Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Min 1-2 years of experience post qualification in Accounts and Finance.
• Having an inclination towards Audit and Advisory domain.
• Working knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns along with accounting and audit.
• Well versed with Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Analytical skills with detail orientation.
