The Candidate should have the experience and knowledge to handle industrial catering. The job requires the candidate to cook for at least 1000 to 2000 people per day.

The Candidate should have a very good experience in the field of south Indian cooking both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. He/She should have a minimum work experience of 10 Years. He/She should know the economics of cooking in order to avoid any wastages. The prospective candidates should have a very good attention to detail and shall be versatile in nature.
