House Keeping Supervisor

Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated House Keeping Supervisor to join our team at the ABC Square trampoline park location. The House Keeping Supervisor will oversee all cleaning and housekeeping operations to ensure a safe, sanitized, and presentable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures

- Conduct inspections of all areas, including trampolines, restrooms, party rooms, lobbies, and staff areas to verify cleanliness and maintenance requirements

- Inventory and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other housekeeping materials

- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards

- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to cleanliness, safety, and sanitization by company guidelines and local health regulations

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials

- Coordinate with facility maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues related to cleanliness or safety concerns

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of cleaning activities, supply usage, and any incidents or issues encountered

- Foster a positive and professional working environment, promoting teamwork and excellence in customer service

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or facility management field

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and guests

- Familiar with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols

- Physically capable of performing duties that may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
