Profile introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes from various regions such as Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. The cook should be well-versed in authentic cooking techniques and able to create flavorful and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, main courses, and desserts.
Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet the highest quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Plan menus and prepare meals according to customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Manage kitchen supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with local regulations.
Stay updated on culinary trends and experiment with new recipes and techniques.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of South Indian culinary traditions and cooking methods.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
