Experience:- 2-4 years experience in all rounder chef orsimilar role.

Education:- A culinary degree or certification is preferred.

Skillset:-

Good communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
knowledge of food safety practices.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and an ability to create delicious and innovative dishes while managing various aspects of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the café's menu and daily specials.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Manage food preparation in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Ensure quality control of dishes before serving them to customers.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.
Requirements:

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Creativity in menu development and presentation.
