Role: Graphic Designer with UI/UX Specialization
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:

- Develop marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and brochures.
2. UI/UX Design:
- Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions.
3. Software Proficiency:
- Utilize CorelDRAW for vector-based graphic design tasks.
- Use Figma to create collaborative UI/UX designs and prototypes.
- Employ Canva for quick graphic design projects and social media graphics.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
5. Brand Consistency:
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards in all design deliverables.
- Ensure designs reflect the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
6. Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through self-learning and training programs.
- Experiment with new design techniques and approaches to enhance creativity and innovation.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure designs meet standards and specifications.
- Test prototypes and interfaces for usability and functionality.
- Address and resolve any design issues or inconsistencies.
8. Documentation:
- Maintain documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations.
- Document design guidelines, patterns, and best practices for future reference.
- Provide clear instructions and specifications for developers and other stakeholders.
