We are Hiring Sr. AccountantTextile industry The Accountant will be responsible for managing the overall accounting function of the company including financial reporting, auditing financial statements, book-keeping, taxation, compliance and providing financial advising. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements like income statement, balance sheet etc. • Review the company's systems and analyse risk. • Handle all tax compliance including filing of tax returns, computing tax liabilities etc. • Advice on tax planning and ensure tax optimization • Interact with external statutory auditors for annual audit process - Oversee cash flow management and bank related activities • Forecast and monitor budgets, profits and losses • Handle compliances with Indian and UK corporate laws • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements • Counsel on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency • Negotiate terms with suppliers Qualifications and Skills: • Having experience im export import laws and documentation. • Experience with duty drawback programs • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions - Expertise in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel • Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards • Hands on experience in corporate and indirect taxation - Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - Fluency in English and Hindi Qualification : PG In commerce Job location : Noida 63 Experience : 5 to 7 years Salary : 45k Interested candidate can share CV +810515+87 This job is provided by Shine.com
