Full job description
You will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in diamond and jewellery industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and organisational objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

- Identify target clients, industries, and geographic regions for expansion, and develop tailored approaches to penetrate new markets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Qualifications:

Currently studying or Qualified degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets (optional).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross functional teams towards common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving impactful outcomes.
