Operation Executive

Job is office based in location with rotational shift and week offs as per duty roaster.
Good English communication both spoken & written, Presentation & customer handling who will be candidates appearing a computer-based test.

 Manage Computer Based test center operations end to end, efficiently.
 Invigilation in test lab and assist candidates with possible solution as per process.

 To ensure systems are up and always running and regular health checks are performed

 Handling of test material & test related equipment securely

 100% audit readiness. Ensure Centre meets audit Global standards.

 Ensure the testing process and procedures are followed as per the documented guidelines.

 Speaking tests are conducted as per defined guidelines & protocol and management of speaking test

 Coordinate with the support office in Gurgaon in downloading the test day material & uploading the same after the test

 Ensure the test starts in time and offering best testing ambiance to the candidates.

 End to end test management for all modules of test (Listening, reading, writing & speaking)

 Report of any activities, Reports, anomalies, or doubtful cases to the com

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
